In 2024, the designers at Clap Studio created a unique concept store for the Alohas brand in Barcelona. Inspired by the brand’s place of origin, Hawaii, a likeness of a volcanic grotto was created. Realized in a modern, minimalist style – with brightly plastered walls and metal shelves, complemented by creatively used mirrors in natural shapes, this space opens up a world of its own. The light sources placed on the ceilings, which brightly illuminate the room, are intended to represent the naturally occurring light sources in caves that form in the ceilings of the rocks over time. Other details have also been considered, as even the changing rooms are designed like cave entrances. Sculpted rock ledges create a dynamic effect in the space, guiding visitors through the store.
