“Accidents usually happen when a playground is barren,” said Franz Danner, playground expert at TÜV SÜD, in an interview last year. This cannot happen with Hally Gally play equipment: New trampolines, liana swings and climbing landscapes prevent boredom.
The new Serpentes climbing landscape is no exception. It is both a place of rest and an adventure playground. Different modules invite children to play or relax afterwards. Grid nets, on which children can climb, connect the various modules in a snake-like pattern. This promotes gross motor skills and awakens the muscles. The adventure on the playscape starts with a wooden platform on which children can dance, play and sit. The children can romp over the nets to a swing seat and then take a rest.
The modular system offers advantages not only for children, but also for planners: Landscape architects can design playgrounds that are perfectly tailored to the location and user, as they can freely combine the modules with each other. Hally Gally also remains flexible in terms of assembly: the tubular frames of the structure have prefabricated foundations and assembly is remarkably quick.
Roller coaster & trampoline
The new comet-like curved net road offers space for many things: climbing, balancing, resting. It is wide enough for small groups to sit together in a relaxed manner without disturbing climbing-mad explorers. Combinable modules, strung together like a roller coaster, offer climbing fun to the moon and back. The maximum drop height of one meter ensures safety. Here, too, prefabricated foundations allow uncomplicated installation on lawns.
Bouncing fun for all ages is guaranteed with the wide range of trampolines. Whether round, square, blue or green, they offer exercise for everyone. The best thing about them is that the design with sloping sides also allows wheelchair users to bounce, playfully promoting inclusion.
The unusual playground equipment from Hally Gally is not only popular with children in Germany. The flexible playground equipment is particularly popular in Japan and New Zealand. The Hally Gally trampolines are particularly popular with children in Japan and the Wichtelwind is very popular in New Zealand – the rotating steel pole with a two-meter diameter play section conveys a sense of flying. A tensioned net made of robust Hercules rope gives the Wichtelwind the shape of a double spinning top.
Despite all the variety, safety is not neglected with the play equipment from SPOGG. The 60 pieces of equipment currently in the range are made of high-quality materials and are carefully manufactured in accordance with strict safety criteria for correct assembly. Accidents caused by boredom don’t stand a chance here.
