All Design Studio designed the Bitter Sweetie Café in Tianjin. The red-brick building impresses inside with pastel tones and partly rustic furnishings. The dark wooden chairs are reminiscent of the classic Viennese coffee house style and blend seamlessly into the ambience of the spacious room. In terms of color, pistachio green meets bright yellow, which makes the room appear bright, inviting and, together with other elements, also somewhat playful. Round shapes meet angular, wave-shaped tables at the window front, as well as the rounded smaller door, which is located in the rectangular larger entrance door, specially embroidered tablecloths – everything together gives the room its own special effect. The overall picture is complemented by spherical lights hanging at regular intervals from the ceiling beams, adding a modern touch.
